Job Summary
Laborer I is an entry-level position responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to support concrete construction operations, including assisting skilled tradespeople, preparing job sites, handling materials, and operating basic tools. The role requires frequent lifting and physical strength, and involves work in inclement weather. Preferred candidates will have prior concrete construction labor experience and an OSHA card.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds of material (up to 90 pounds with assistance)
- Ability to frequently walk, stoop, kneel, reach and climb
- Frequent use of hand tools and power tools
Desired Qualifications
- 12 months of formwork/concrete construction labor work experience
- 30 Hour OSHA Card
Additional Requirements
