Job Summary
The Laborer I position is an entry-level role focused on supporting concrete construction operations through physical tasks such as jobsite clean-up, moving materials, and operating basic tools and equipment. Candidates should possess physical strength and good balance, and be prepared for outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Frequent lifting, carrying, and the use of hand and power tools are required. Preference will be given to those with prior concrete construction experience and a 30 Hour OSHA Card.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds, and up to 90 pounds with assistance
- Physical strength for walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing
- Frequent use of hand tools and motorized equipment
Desired Qualifications
- 12 months of formwork / concrete construction labor work experience
- 30 Hour OSHA Card
Additional Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
