Job Summary
Laborer I is an entry-level position focused on supporting concrete construction operations through physical tasks such as jobsite clean-up, material handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Successful candidates will demonstrate good balance, physical strength, and the ability to operate basic tools and equipment. Responsibilities include pouring vertical concrete, handling materials, and maintaining jobsite safety. A preference will be given to those with concrete construction experience and an OSHA certification.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to frequently walk, stoop, kneel, reach and climb
- Frequent use of hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts
Desired Qualifications
- 12 months of formwork / concrete construction labor work experience
- 30 Hour OSHA Card
Additional Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
