Job Summary
Perform general construction labor including jobsite clean-up, moving materials by hand, and assisting skilled tradespeople with pouring vertical concrete and installing reshores. Operate basic motorized equipment such as power tools, saws, hammers, and nails while maintaining alertness and physical strength for frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds. Work in inclement weather with exposure to extreme cold, heat, noise, and dust, requiring good balance and the ability to walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb. Preference given to candidates with at least 12 months of formwork or concrete construction labor experience and a 30-hour OSHA card. Hourly range is $30.00 to $44.05 based on experience. This entry-level role supports efficient and safe completion of concrete structures like foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs for our team of engineers, managers, and builders.
Required Qualifications
- Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds of material and up to 90 pounds of material with assistance, if requested.
- Frequently walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing.
- Frequent use of hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
- Preference given to candidates with a minimum of 12 months of formwork / concrete construction labor work experience at meets or exceeds performance expectations.
Desired Qualifications
- 30 Hour OSHA Card desired.
