Job Summary
The Laborer I is an entry-level position responsible for performing various physical tasks to support concrete construction operations including assisting skilled tradespeople, preparing and cleaning job sites, handling materials, and operating basic tools and equipment. The role requires frequent lifting, using hand tools and power tools, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. Preference is given to candidates with relevant construction labor experience.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently
- Walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing frequently
- Frequent use of hand tools and power tools
Desired Qualifications
- 30 Hour OSHA Card
- Minimum of 12 months of formwork/concrete construction labor work experience
Additional Requirements
