Job Summary
The Laborer I is an entry-level position supporting concrete construction operations. Responsibilities include general labor tasks such as jobsite clean-up, moving materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Candidates should possess physical strength and balance, with the ability to frequently lift weights and operate basic hand and power tools. Preference is given to those with experience in concrete construction labor and a 30 Hour OSHA Card is desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds of material (90 pounds with assistance)
- Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing
- Frequent use of hand tools, power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts
Desired Qualifications
- 12 months of formwork/concrete construction labor work experience
- 30 Hour OSHA Card
Additional Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
- This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
- Selected applicants will be required to join the appropriate union within a certain period after hire
