Job Summary
The Laborer I is an entry-level position focused on supporting concrete construction operations through various physical tasks. Responsibilities include general labor, assisting skilled tradespeople, operating power tools, handling materials, and preparing job sites. The role requires frequent lifting, use of hand tools, and resilience during different weather conditions. Candidates with at least 12 months of relevant construction experience are preferred, and a 30 Hour OSHA Card is desired.
Required Qualifications
- Physically able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds, and up to 90 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to frequently walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb.
- Familiarity with hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
- Preference for candidates with a minimum of 12 months of formwork/concrete construction labor experience.
- 30 Hour OSHA Card desired.
