Laborers- Commercial Landscape Construction

Grade sites and prepare ground using hand tools and equipment. Install irrigation systems, including pipe, fittings, valves, sprinkler heads, and controllers. Assist with hardscape construction such as pavers, retaining walls, and other landscape features. Perform planting, soil preparation, and landscape installation activities while operating construction equipment and power tools safely. Read layouts, check elevations, and support site measurements to maintain quality standards for alignment, grading, compaction, and finished appearance. Organize materials, tools, and equipment to keep projects moving efficiently while following all safety procedures. This role requires working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions, lifting 50+ pounds, and passing a pre-employment drug screen and HPE.
