Job Summary
Laborers at Q3 Contracting will perform essential tasks including cleaning job sites, digging trenches manually or with equipment, and assisting with material loading and installation support. Candidates must possess a driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to handle physically demanding work in outdoor conditions. A CDL is highly preferred. This position offers a competitive starting pay of $27.94/hour, weekly compensation, and benefits through a union, including health insurance and skilled training.
Required Qualifications
- Driver’s license with clean driving record
- Dependable and able to perform physically demanding work in various elements
- Ability to lift and place materials, including up to 50 pounds daily
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, turn, stoop, kneel, crawl, reach, crouch, speak, and hear
- Ability to pass drug-screen and background check
Desired Qualifications
- Working experience in construction or the utility distribution industry
- CDL with endorsements
