Job Summary
Install and remove piers, boat lifts, and accessories from shore and water using hand tools and machinery. Perform general construction labor tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup. Load, unload, and distribute construction materials using heavy machinery while conducting routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment. Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites and perform other duties as assigned. Travel to various job sites is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Clean MVR
- Ability to swim and comfort working on or near water
- Familiarity with hand tools, basic carpentry, and machinery
- Boaters Safety
- Steel toe boots
- Travel to jobsites
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CDL A
- Previous experience in a marine or construction environment
- Certification in CPR and first aid
