Job Summary
Laborer/Spotter at a Transfer Station directing trucks for unloading, identifying waste materials for disposal, and performing yard maintenance. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Basic knowledge of equipment (e.g., wheel loader and small backhoe)
- Self-starter, motivated, able to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written English)
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Experience with following oral and written instructions
- Computer knowledge
