Job Summary
Frame walls, floors, and roofs using a variety of tools and construction techniques while reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure accurate execution. Maintain a high level of quality and craftsmanship on all framing work, inspecting structures for accuracy, durability, and compliance with plans. Repair or adjust framing as necessary to maintain structural integrity and collaborate with project teams to complete work on schedule. Keep the job site safe and organized throughout the structural phase of construction. This role is critical to the structural phase of construction where precision and attention to detail are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of framing experience in residential or commercial construction
- Strong proficiency with framing tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
