Job Summary
Conduct construction labor on buildings and infrastructure by building, maintaining, and cleaning work sites in various settings including outdoors, indoors, at heights, or underground. Physically perform 8-10 hours of labor requiring full range of motion, manual dexterity, and attention to detail while lifting minimum 50lbs and working in all weather conditions. Read directions, meet production goals set by Foremen or Project Managers, and produce quality workmanship safely. Maintain on-time attendance and perform functions to avoid injury or equipment damage. High school education required; OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Completed High School education
- Ability to lift minimum of 50lbs
- Must be able to work well in all types of weather including heat, cold, wind, rain, etc.
- Ability to meet and work within critical deadlines and under moderate pressure
- Must be physically fit and have the physical strength, agility, and endurance to perform 8-10 hours of physical labor, per day
- Must have full range of motion
- Must possess manual dexterity
- Must have attention to detail & safety
- Must be available to work the hours necessary to achieve the goals of the Company, including over-time
- Must get to work consistently and on time, every work day
Desired Qualifications
- 0-1 years' experience working commercial construction projects
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- OSHA 10 hour
