Job Summary
The Laborer will assist with preparation, installation, and maintenance of asphalt, working alongside skilled workers to ensure safe and quality paving project completion. Responsibilities include maintaining a zero-incident safety environment, clearing debris and staging materials, assisting with pavement placement and subgrade preparation, and supporting with tool and equipment upkeep. Requires ability to work flexible schedules, strong safety mindset, basic knowledge of construction tools, valid driver’s license, and authorization to work in the United States. Prior paving or construction experience is preferred but not required. Travel to project sites across New Hampshire may be extensive (up to 100%).
Required Qualifications
