Job Summary
Operate and convert the arena from event to event by lifting heavy weights, standing and moving on your feet for long periods, and performing a variety of duties that often change without loss of efficiency. Follow all operating policies and procedures while maintaining patron, employee, and company confidentiality. Work required shifts any day of the week, including nights and weekends, with moderate to loud noise levels and tasks performed with moderate supervision. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, sit, walk, and reach is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Conversion or change-over experience
- Ability to read and write in a working environment
- Ability to lift 75 or more pounds
- Ability to stand in the same spot for an extended period of time
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
- Ability to walk, stand, reach, pull, push, grasp, and drag
- Ability to work events, nights and weekends
- Reliable transportation to and from UBS Arena for scheduled shifts
- Ability to maintain patron, employee, and company confidentiality
- Ability to work required shift(s) any day of the week
- Ability to perform in crisis and to work under pressure without the loss of composure
- Ability to be courteous and polite
- Knowledgeable about building and events
- Ability to uphold and maintain a customer friendly environment
