Laborer (NonN Driver- Bayou Galion Project

Assemble solar panels at the job site and install solar modules, panels, and support structures per PSC and client standards. Configure wiring, inspect electrical parts, install batteries or accessories, and perform routine system maintenance on modules, arrays, batteries, power conditioning equipment, safety systems, structural systems, water sealing, or balance of systems equipment. Measure, cut, and assemble the support structure for solar panels and test operating voltages for power conditioning equipment (inverters/controllers). Report to and assist the supervisor; work well in a team; follow client safety requirements and use provided safety equipment. Requires 1–4 years of Solar Installer experience and a high school diploma or GED; pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation; ability to climb and work at heights; able to lift ~50 lbs; able to stand for long periods and work extended hours on uneven surfaces.
