Laborer (Multiple Positions Available)

Job Summary
Laborers are needed to perform various tasks including cleaning and prepping sites, digging trenches, erecting scaffolding, cleaning up debris, and assisting other craft workers. Must be capable of lifting, bending, standing, and climbing throughout shifts. The position requires the use of various tools and equipment, including power tools and hand tools. Safety compliance and effective communication skills are essential. Candidates with a High School Diploma and construction experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs frequently
- Must be able to stand for 90% of an 8-12hr shift
- Must be able to climb 30’ ladders and 60’ stairs
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and crawl for up to 30mins at a time
- Must have good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Must have good vision and hearing
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and follow safety procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Experienced construction employees are strongly preferred
