Job Summary
Deliver tools, equipment, and parts to properties; perform pressure washing, debris removal, and excavation work including digging, filling, and tamping earth. Assist with community event setup and tear-down, load/unload trucks, and move supplies using wheelbarrows or hand trucks. Transport equipment, furnishings, and appliances to job sites; operate power tools, lawn mowers, and power blowers for roof and sidewalk cleaning. Remove damaged flooring and drywall, repair window screens, and respond to service calls for maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and appliance tasks. Complete and submit all required paperwork and update work order status on mobile devices in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain vehicle inventory and conduct yourself professionally with consumers, staff, and the public.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy
- Understand, read, write and speak English in order to follow basic instructions, take direction from supervisors, respond to routine questions and communicate effectively with clients, visitors and organization staff
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Entry level knowledge of basic maintenance preferred
