Laborer Journeyman

Job Summary
Load and unload equipment, erect and dismantle scaffolding, and level ground for staging. Tend mortar and grout, lift, move, and shovel materials between wheelbarrows and buckets, place concrete, and vibrate it. Provide work direction and guidance to Laborer I, II, Helpers, and Apprentices while maintaining relationships across diverse backgrounds. Perform general cleanup, sweeping, and debris removal. Complete two-year apprenticeship program with preferred construction experience and ability to operate power and hand tools, forklifts, and skid loaders. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of two-year apprenticeship program
- Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Ability to work with tools and equipment such as power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, and jackhammers
- Ability to work with tools and equipment such as forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs
- Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements
