Job Summary
Assist in the installation of insulation, waterproofing materials, firestop systems, expansion joints, and restoration products while loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment. Prepare and clean work areas before and after jobs, operate basic hand and power tools safely, and support skilled trades workers with measurements, mixing materials, and applying coatings. Perform demolition and debris removal when required, assist with scaffolding setup, and maintain job site cleanliness under supervision. Wear appropriate PPE at all times and follow safety procedures, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varying outdoor conditions. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, crouch, and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow within the trade
Desired Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
