Job Summary
Laborer installs and moves building materials as part of BFS operations. Responsibilities include loading/unloading and stocking materials, moving materials safely under supervisor instructions, operating equipment safely, assisting yard or manufacturing teammates, and lifting up to 100 lbs. Works primarily outdoors in varying weather, with emphasis on following explicit instructions and safety. Entry-level role with no supervisory responsibilities; high school diploma or GED required, no experience required (experience in manual labor preferred).
