Job Summary
Perform industrial field labor tasks including site preparation, power washing/hydro blasting, digging, sweeping, entering confined spaces, and removal of hazardous waste materials after appropriate training. Identify hazards observed for safety of personnel and equipment. Requires the ability to properly wear, use, and maintain personal respirator equipment and other PPE on HAZWOPER sites. Uniforms and all PPE provided. Work environments may be extreme with varying physical activities and long hours. May involve heavy lifting up to 50 pounds and working around heavy equipment. Perform other duties as assigned by site superintendent or management.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working around heavy equipment preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment criminal background screening and drug screening
- Flexibility to changes in work schedule and availability for on call
