Job Summary
Maintain facility and equipment operations by following maintenance schedules, stocking warehouse products, and driving deliveries of miscellaneous items. Manage inventory distribution, assist full-time and part-time personnel, and uphold the facility image while providing customer service. Collaborate with the location manager on safety and compliance issues, including adherence to GROWMARK's Code of Conduct, OSHA, DOT, and environmental policies. Handle physical demands such as lifting 51-70 lbs and working in extreme weather or hazardous conditions. Seasonal role requiring flexible hours and valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or the equivalent thereof
- 1 or more years of retail related work experience
- demonstrated knowledge of basic business principals of inventory management and mechanics
