Job Summary
Maintain operations at the retail supply location by following facility and equipment maintenance schedules, stocking warehouse products, and driving to deliver miscellaneous items. Assist full-time and part-time personnel with inventory distribution, product movement, and customer service while ensuring the facility image remains professional. Collaborate with the location manager on safety, compliance, and efficiency goals to reduce costs and improve operational effectiveness. Work in extreme weather conditions and handle materials weighing up to 70 lbs as part of seasonal duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent thereof
- 1 or more years of retail related work experience
- Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record
- Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position
- Acceptable and job-related background check
- Drug test
- Motor vehicle report
- Reference check
