Laborer position providing support to skilled trades on construction projects, assisting with concrete operations, form carpenters, ironworkers/rodbusters, and masons; responsible for loads, unloading, site materials distribution, and general site housekeeping. Emphasizes safety compliance, ability to follow instructions, reliability, and effective communication. Physical, heavy-work duties include lifting and moving materials, working from heights, reading blueprints, and assisting with various trades as projects progress. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Follow safe work practices in accordance with safety program
- Must be able to take initiative
- Attention to detail
- Communicate effectively and professionally
- Strong mathematical reasoning and quantitative skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Possess ability to read blueprints/shop drawings (preferred)
- OSHA 10 Certification (preferred)
- CPR & First Aid Certification (preferred)
