Job Summary
Deliver tools, equipment, and parts through the property while assisting with community event set up and tear down. Maintain and rehabilitate rental units, office buildings, and grounds by performing cleaning, painting, lawn maintenance, and repairs for plumbing, electrical, roofs, and appliances. Transport, install, and connect stoves, refrigerators, and other appliances; load and unload trucks; move supplies with wheelbarrows or hand trucks; and operate power tools and lawn mowers. Respond to service calls for COM work and complete on-call emergency repairs as directed. This position is located at Fort Buchanan, PR, requiring a REAL ID compliant driver's license. The role supports safe warehouse operations and project setup/cleanup tasks within the WinnCompanies military housing team.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
- A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy
- Entry-level knowledge of basic maintenance
- Solid customer service skills
- Basic familiarity with computers, web-based applications, and mobile devices
- Ability to read and write in English, in order to understand basic instructions and take direction from supervisors
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work
- REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID
