Laborer - Commercial Construction

Laborer on construction sites performing material handling, assisting carpenters, loading/unloading materials, driving equipment as needed, demolition and concrete placement, assisting with framing and sheetrock installation, building temporary protection and floor protection, general site cleanup, and other duties as assigned. Requires ability to lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs, detail-oriented, well-organized, multi-tasking, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Flexible availability with possible overtime, weekends, and night shifts. OSHA 10 preferred; Pepper Construction does not sponsor work visas.
