Job Summary
Perform manual cleanup and housekeeping in the plant using brooms, shovels, jackhammers, and mobile equipment. Safely operate and maintain skid loaders, forklifts, and vacuum trucks while conducting safety checks and completing necessary paperwork. Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the industrial setting. Serve as a role model in leadership, teamwork, and safety to align with company vision. This role supports critical plant needs at our Greencastle, Indiana facility with a starting hourly rate of $25.00. Opportunities exist for advancement into welding, equipment operation, and electrical roles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent from accredited institution
- Able to work different extended hours, holidays and/or overtime as required
- Speak, read, write and understand English
- Ability to work independently, without constant supervision occasionally
- Able to work inside and outside in year-round weather conditions
- In good physical condition, able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs., sit and stand for extended periods of time, kneel, climb ladders and walk on mixed terrain and in confined spaces
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
