Job Summary
Conduct site clean-up and maintenance for multiple simultaneous projects, including construction material removal, trash disposal, restroom cleaning, and sweeping. Install construction infrastructure such as fire extinguishers, warning signs, and garbage cans, while occasionally repairing architectural finishes near entrances. Maintain job site cleanliness and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment in both office and outdoor environments. Requires ability to lift objects over 60lbs, speak fluent English, and obtain access to USG military installations. Must complete OSHA 10 training and pass drug screening and background check.
Required Qualifications
- Able to physically lift objects greater than 60lbs
- Speak fluent English
- US Citizenship/Naturalized citizen/Valid work visa
- Able to obtain access to USG military installation
- Able to complete OSHA 10
- Must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including but not limited to: hard hats, steel toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection
- Must always maintain a constant state of mental alertness
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
