Laborer

Perform all work adhering to OSHA and H&K Safety policies while acquiring daily tools and measuring distances from grade stakes. Bolts, nails, and align forms; signals equipment operators for grade adjustments; levels earth and mixes concrete. Smooth finishes, position and seal pipe sections, and erect scaffolding. Execute paving duties including pre-run markings, fine grading, and operating vibratory plates; shovel asphalt and direct traffic. Operate Wacker and jumping jacks for backfilling, use cut saws for pipe lengths, and shoot grades with lasers. Prep structures for installation and perform connections while checking proper pipe slope. Complete other duties as assigned on construction projects.
