Job Summary
Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules using independent judgment while ensuring accuracy and performing version control. Track, analyze, and report information to enable project teams to manage their work and evaluate weekly reports. Monitor projects' progress by identifying critical activities, reviewing forecasts, and maintaining a risk register to minimize impacts on schedule, scope, and budget. Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using a Work Breakdown Structure, track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans. Coordinate cross-functional departments to identify issues and work with the project manager to ensure resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in the use of project scheduling software, such as Primavera P6
- Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to pass all background and screening requirements including drug and/or alcohol screening
