Job Summary
Conduct daily labor tasks as assigned by the Crew Leader or Foreman, including assisting with truck pre-trip inspections, safe loading, unloading, backing, and parking. Operate all equipment and tools safely in accordance with manufacturers' instructions and JSLI/OSHA standards while wearing required personal protective gear. Follow daily work orders, ensure loads are properly positioned and secured, and use hand signals or traffic flags to assist the driver during backing maneuvers. Report damaged equipment or maintenance needs to the Foreman and ensure all vehicles, trailers, and tools are inspected, cleaned, and secured at the end of each shift. No prior experience required; bilingual candidates are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Speak English or willingness to learn English
- Preference for stable work history
- 6-month experience in the industry
