Job Summary
Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment while preparing and cleaning sites before, during, and after projects. Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact earth; operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely. Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, and other materials; erect and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures. Assist carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled workers as needed. Remove debris and hazardous materials from work areas. Follow project plans, instructions, and safety procedures; report hazards, equipment issues, and project concerns to supervisors. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment. Requires ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions with reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
