Job Summary
Laborer needed for a Manassas, VA project. Responsibilities include cleaning and preparing the worksite, assisting safety team, handling and moving jobsite materials, assisting carpenters with projects, and loading/unloading deliveries. Must have 1 year of construction experience, safety/general construction knowledge, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Candidates should be agile/mobile, able to stand or walk for long periods, read/write, and have good vision/hearing. Occasional overtime and weekend hours may be required; OSHA environment and outdoor work are common. EOE.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year of construction experience
- Understanding of safety and general construction knowledge
- Provide primary support to field supervision
- Be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be agile/mobile, stand or walk for long periods, use fingers, hands & arms, climb ladders/scaffolds, work on uneven surfaces/heights, read/write, see/hear well
