Laborer

Conduct general labor tasks at rail yards, industrial facilities, and customer job sites while assisting equipment operators and crew members with daily operations. Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment; safely use hand tools, power tools, and other job-related equipment. Assist with site setup, cleanup, and maintaining an organized work area while working safely around heavy equipment, forklifts, loaders, cranes, railcars, and other industrial machinery. Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
