Job Summary
Perform laboratory testing for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products in accordance with established procedures. Evaluate samples, record test results accurately, and support batch release activities while investigating out-of-specification results. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, prepare test panels, and ensure strict adherence to safety requirements and quality systems. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the lab. This role supports quality control and technical investigations at Penn Color, a global developer and manufacturer of color additives and functional masterbatches.
