Laboratory Technologist -Histopathology Core

Perform accurate and timely processing, testing, and reporting of specimens including phlebotomy, collection, and storage. Execute routine and complex technical procedures within the laboratory information system while conducting preventive maintenance, supply upkeep, and quality control with appropriate documentation. Maintain knowledge of lab-wide techniques and protocols, review procedures as required, and adjust communication styles to address diverse customer concerns. Handle interruptions and hazardous situations efficiently, wearing designated personal protective equipment and reporting spills immediately. Assist in process development, quality assurance, and employee training while fostering a collaborative team environment.
