Laboratory Technician

Senior Laboratory Technician tasked with leading and delivering key lab support services in customer laboratories, operating under GMP standards and defined scope of work. Responsibilities include general laboratory housekeeping, equipment performance checks, autoclave and glassware maintenance, waste handling with proper documentation, laundry duties, Kanban-based supply management, CISPro software usage for receipt and approval of chemicals, procurement coordination with the QAB team, regular area audits, preparation of buffers, media and reagents with electronic batch records, strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations, and driving process improvements. The role supports a collaborative, One Team approach, provides training to peers, and may cover additional duties as needed to maintain high standards and meet customer SLAs.
