Job Summary
Provide support for R&D, Marketing, and Sales requests by assisting with domestic shipments, packing, generating UPS waybills, receiving incoming shipments, and unpacking. Manage lab and sample inventory while supporting tasks such as setting up product reviews, benchtop prototyping, and sample analysis. Handle general lab upkeep and safety compliance for the Research & Development team. This part-time role requires 20-32 hours per week with back-to-back days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Candidates must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and proficiency in basic computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move packages
- Part time, 20-32 hours per week
- As of now, the schedule will be back-to-back days, specifically Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
- Depending future workload requirements, it may increase to three or four days per week
- Open for W2 candidates only
