Laboratory Technician (Special Processes)

Perform routine analytical testing of chemical process solutions using approved laboratory methods, including titrations and pH monitoring. Maintain periodic testing schedules, track process parameters, and calculate chemical additions to ensure solutions remain within approved shop limits. Operate and monitor the de-ionised water plant, manage laboratory equipment calibration, and handle hazardous chemical waste disposal in compliance with Nadcap requirements. Investigate out-of-specification results and act as the laboratory representative during customer and regulatory audits. Prepare job cards for periodic testing and maintain accurate records of all analytical data and stock levels.
