Job Summary

Laboratory Technician responsible for onsite daily operations of moderate complexity laboratories and performing a wide range of waived and moderate complexity testing, including phlebotomy across all age groups. Tasks include labeling, centrifugation, testing, storage, and sending specimens to reference laboratories; ensuring QC and accreditation guidelines are met; maintaining patient and laboratory records; coding laboratory visits; conducting in-house training; and managing supplies. Requires HS Diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred) and 2 years in a medical setting, with 2-week in-house training post-hire for continued employment.
