Job Summary
Laboratory Technician responsible for carrying out hematology, chemistry, serology, urine, feces and body fluid examinations according to SOPs and predefined procedures, and for data entry to ensure timely examination data; prioritize reporting of critical results (CITO, CCU) to clinicians; maintain and request equipment, ensure cleanliness and available reagents; organize storage and procurement/receipt/use of reagents; compile operational reports and support hospital-wide quality and safety targets; requires minimum vocational high school graduation from health analyst with experience in clinical/hospital laboratory settings and strong data-entry, analytical, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Vocational High School Graduate from Health Analyst
- Health Analyst
- Experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in performing laboratory tests and operating laboratory equipment.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.
