Job Summary
Concrete/Soils/Aggregate Laboratory Technician role in Prescott, AZ. Responsibilities include conducting laboratory testing for soils, concrete, aggregate and/or asphalt and applying standard test methods such as asphalt content by ignition, marshall/gyratory, maximum theoretical density, sand equivalent, uncompacted voids, proctors, sieves, Atterberg limits, compression, sampling and splitting of samples. Requires ATTI and ACI certifications (current preferred) and related certifications (ACI Concrete Strength, Aggregates, Base; ATTI Soils and Aggregate; ATTI Asphalt; NAQTC certifications). Must have strong math, computer, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly. Location: Prescott, AZ reference LT. Hints indicate Full Time work in Prescott Valley, AZ-based sites. The role focuses on laboratory testing and certification in materials testing disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- Certification in ATTI and ACI
- ATTI/ASTM/AASHTO, NAQTC certifications preferred
- Current ACI certification
- Knowledge of standard laboratory test methods for soils, concrete, aggregate, asphalt
