Job Summary
Laboratory Technician II in the Pharmacogenomics MassArray pipeline performs molecular genetics assays and related lab tasks, uses manual and high-throughput techniques, operates Agena MassArray and 3730XL Capillary Electrophoresis instrumentation, maintains records and performs sample tracking, reagent preparation, instrument maintenance, assay development, troubleshooting, and ensures quality control and proper documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in Biological Science or related field
- Previous experience in molecular biology or clinical laboratory environment
- Demonstrated understanding of general molecular biology principles
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and precision
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Word and Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with LIMS tracking systems
