Job Summary
Conduct quality assurance tests and prepare comprehensive laboratory reports prior to wellsite service delivery. Perform advanced additive selection and fluid design while assisting Design/Technical Engineers with technical support. Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure strict compliance with standards through routine audits, and manage proper waste disposal. Execute thorough risk assessments before tasks and adhere to all HSE policies and safety training. Deliver technical presentations to internal teams and external customers, contributing to performance improvement action plans during Service Quality Meetings. This role supports high-quality Production & Stimulation Delivery services for a global energy technology leader.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant laboratory or technical work experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Highschool diploma or GED
