Job Summary
Perform quality assurance testing on products to verify compliance with quality standards and prepare laboratory reports to support field operations. Assist with additive selection and fluid design by providing advanced technical laboratory support, while conducting routine audits and risk assessments to ensure safety and operational excellence. Maintain laboratory equipment, manage waste disposal, and communicate with client support laboratories and technical resources. Submit accurate deliverables on schedule and participate in customer service quality meetings. This role supports Design and Technical Engineers and Product Specialists within a global energy technology leader focused on digital innovation and sustainable practices in the oil and gas industry.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: High school diploma or GED
- Previous laboratory experience preferred
- Experience in cementing laboratory operations is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in documenting test results and preparing technical reports
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized laboratory environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting quality assurance testing in an industrial, manufacturing, or energy-related laboratory
- Familiarity with fluid design, additive evaluation, or technical laboratory support
- Experience participating in continuous improvement or quality management initiatives
