Laboratory Technician – Food & Nutrition

Conduct characterization and implementation trials of raw materials and ingredients, while developing formulations and prototypes to demonstrate solution performance. Manage daily laboratory operations and ensure analytical tracking of parameters such as texture, viscosity, pH, and water activity. Create technical documentation and sales tools for commercial teams, and support client and supplier technical development projects. Represent the laboratory at technical days with industry partners to promote solutions and share expertise. Collaborate with product leaders and sales experts to drive innovation in the food and nutrition sector.
