Job Summary

Conduct routine testing and analysis following written work instructions under supervisor direction. Perform sample reception, identification, preparation, dilution, and batch setup within the Digestion, Instrumentation, Party/Umpire, Warehouse, and Sample Reduction/Preparation departments. Log samples accurately into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), catalog them for efficient retrieval, and manage sample disposal or client returns. Calibrate and set up laboratory equipment, prepare standards and reagents, and interpret evaluation results while maintaining equipment maintenance records. Monitor laboratory supplies, adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies, and report discrepancies. Work under pressure during high-volume periods and coordinate special or ad hoc projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent)
