Job Summary
Perform laboratory tests as outlined by SOPs, conduct calibrations, standardization and SPC tests, maintain and operate testing instrumentation, record data accurately, route samples for additional testing, store and dispose of samples properly, and comply with local and corporate quality assurance policies including ISO 17025 requirements. Maintain a clean, safe work area and contribute to production efficiency while adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or laboratory experience preferred
- Working knowledge of good laboratory practice
- Comfortable in high paced production environment
- Physical Demands: stand for intervals of up to 8 hours
- Able to communicate clearly with co-workers and managers
- Dexterity to operate equipment and handle glassware
- Vision and hearing adequate to read reports and communicate
