Job Summary
Execute analysis of raw materials, in-process material, and finished product in compliance with schedule and SOPs. Maintain laboratory documentation and computerized systems data integrity while ensuring all test equipment is used and maintained correctly. Complete chemical testing, in-process sampling, and data verification as assigned, adhering to cGMP and GLP requirements. Participate in investigations into failures, out-of-trends, and out-of-specifications as required. Develop in-house laboratory procedures and support the transfer of new products. Adhere to EHS standards and maintain a clean work area through the 6S program.
Required Qualifications
- Experience using HPLC/GC analytical methods
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to analyze data and trends and draw conclusions
- Ability to articulate clearly when dealing with colleagues, peer groups and managers
- Proven ability to work independently and autonomously
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to plan and schedule workload
- High drive and energy with a passion for results
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Action-orientated approach to overcome obstacles
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in an analytical science/biochemistry/toxicology
- Relevant industry experience
